Vishal is a seasoned luxury brand management & marketing professional and an alumni of Indian Institute of Management (K) with over 35 years in managing businesses with a core focus on marketing, branding and PR activities of iconic international luxury lifestyle brands and leading Indian brands at its helm.

A fore-runner in setting up international luxury lifestyle brands in India, he was the Country Head, India & Saarc for the iconic brand Montblanc. In his pursuit to establish International Luxury Lifestyle brands as a segment in India, he further launched iconic brands of the likes of Canali, Burberry. Baccarat, Acqua di Parma, Wedgwood, Harry Winston and Girard Perregaux. With an in-depth understanding of 'Luxury' as a segment, Vishal  has undergone trainings at world class luxury academies like the ‘Montblanc Academy’,Hamburg with merit certifications.

With his passion for luxury, Vishal has the distinction of establishing international luxury lifestyle brands in India from inception and has successfully created a market for these brands through multiple marketing and sales channels by setting up exclusive boutiques in premium five star hotel chains across the major metropolitans and also by developing alternative channels of sales and distribution through shop-in-shops with premium jewellers and high end retailers.

As a key luxury marketing professional, Vishal was invited by the management at Parker to reposition the Parker Premium brand and launch Waterman in India as the Head of Luxury Business. In addition, he has a wide exposure of working with top Indian conglomerates like Tata Tea Ltd and has had stints in heading the largest garment outsourcing buying house in Mumbai catering to renowned international clothing chains like Primark, Macy’s, Next and more.

With a keen interest in international legacy brands, the last stint of his career was with India Sotheby’s International Realty as a Global Real Estate advisor for super prime residential homes based out of New Delhi.  

He is an avid music listener with interest in all genres of music and is widely travelled. A born sportsman, has represented his state at the national level in Cricket, Badminton and Billiards.

Alicia is an experienced luxury real estate professional with over a decade in the luxury real estate indistry in Italy with a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan and a diploma from the classical high school.

Belonging to a family which has been in the real estate business for the last 40 years, Alicia learnt the nitty gritty of real estate and developed a keen eye for the business.

With a passion to further hone her skills, Alicia ventured out and was associated with world class luxury real estate brokerage firms with stints at Christie's and Sotheby's International Realty in Italy.

Over the years, Alicia has stitched together great client relationships within Italy and internationally and has successfully advised clients and concluded on numerous real estate transactions.

She defines herself, as a  'Seamstress' who sews a bespoke solution for her clients. The cities she specializes in are, Rome, Milan and Pavia.

With over 13 years of experience in real estate, Sofia specializes in high-value residential property acquisitions, investment strategy, and portfolio structuring for HNWIs, family offices, and overseas investors. She has successfully led off-market transactions in Greece, Cyprus, and London, advising clients on wealth diversification through exclusive real estate opportunities. 

Holding a Master’s degree in Property Finance from London and a Bachelor’s in European & International Studies, Sofia bridges financial expertise with real estate acumen. She has worked with HNWIs facilitating international investments, and is currently advancing her skills through financial planning certifications to provide a more holistic approach to wealth management. Fluent in English, Greek, and Arabic, she offers a distinct edge in catering to elite clientele across Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S.

With a keen eye for exclusive off-market deals, Sofia curates strategic investment opportunities in Greece's most sought-after luxury destinations. Leveraging an extensive network and deep market knowledge, she delivers bespoke real estate solutions tailored to the unique needs of discerning investors, ensuring maximum value and long-term growth.

Manmohan Bakshi has a rich experience of 35  years across the  Hospitality, Travel and Government Consultancy and Liasion industry.  

Started his career with the Taj Group of Hotels Delhi and was instrumental in steering client relationships as Manager Airport Services for over a decade. During this stint, he established a great rapport with top corporatte clients in India.

With his inclination towards client servicing, Manohan forayed into the travel industry and built long term realtionships with UHNI clients by facilitating a seamless end to end experiience.

In the last  10 yrs of his career he was associated with a top notch talent placement company in India serving the interest of top corporates in the middle east as a Director.

Widely travelled across the globe, Manmohan possess strong inter-personal skills and is go-getter with a never say die attitude.  

With his interest in the hosipitality industry since inception , Manmohan has in place great relationships in this sector across major Hotel Chains and has been servicing them for various requirements.  

Sanjay is a senior Banker with more than 3 decades of experience across Foreign and Indian Banks in diversified sectors  mainly comprising  Banking, Stock Broking & Insurance, Retail Asset products, Working Capital Financing, Structured Finance, Corporate Loans and high value real estate retail as well as project financing.

An MBA in Finance from FORE School of Management, New Delhi, Sanjay has in-depth knowled and  experience in the above-mentioned domains and adds significant value in overall understanding of the client requirements and solutions. Furthermore, he has 6+ years’ experience in the capacity of an Advisor/ Consultant.

In his long financial career, he has serviced high value UHNW/HNI clients and has nurtured long lasting businsess relationships.

Tushar is a dynamic entrepreneur and is extremely well networked with the creme-de-la- creme in the HNI and UHNW circles in India and internationally.  

He belongs to an illustrious business family and has managed large land banks of  its real estate vertical. Tushar specialises in mega land transactions and has an in-depth knowledge of this segment.  

As an extension of the land business, he is presently developing a mixed land use project comprising of high street retail, a hotel and residential apartments in Eastern India encompassing 7 lakh square feet.

Tushar is a Bachelor of Economics Honours  from Delhi University and is an alumni of the prestigious  St. Joseph's College, Nainital and  DPS, R.K. Puram, New Delhi. He has been a sports and fitness enthusiast and represented his college and school at the State level.

The stints in media with DNA and ABP across Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and West Bengal markets, honed my skills in, marketing strategy, edition launches, product creation and management, innovative trade marketing, integrated solutions for advertiser brands, consumer insights & product research. It also exposed me to driving revenues from IPs, events and customized solutions.

In Advertising I have delivered effective 360 degree brand solutions for clients across paints, retail, personal care, realty, fashion, media banking and dotcoms. E.g.
