Piyush Sethi is the CEO & Founder of Rosemont Luxury Realty & Rosemont Capital with an honours Degree from Delhi University in Political Science and a Degree in Real Estate Business.
Piyush started his career in blue chip companies like Wipro and Fidelity Investments, and as his journey progressed in the corporate world, he took a conscious decision to change tracks to premium real estate with successful stints at JLL Residential and Anarock.
In his decade long career in the real estate industry, Piyush has the distinction of transacting nearly 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate and developing a stellar base of UHNI/HNI clients in India and globally.
Presently his company manages a portfolio of 200 million USD with a key focus on Lutyens Delhi, Mumbai, Dubai & the US.
Rosemont specialises in High End Residential, Commercial and Industrial transactions and has the expertise in taking on large scale under construction projects on turn key sales and funding basis with a channel partner base that exceeds 1000 brokers.
